Welcome to Barre with Brooke — we’re so glad you’re here.
Our studio offers barre classes designed to build strength, confidence, and connection. Each class blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training in a way that’s challenging, approachable, and empowering.

Whether this is your first workout ever or you’re returning to movement, you’ll find a supportive, encouraging space where women lift each other up — and have fun while doing it.


Your First Class


Walking into a new studio can feel intimidating — but take a deep breath, you’re in the right place. Here’s what to expect when you arrive:


1. What to bring
Bring water and grip socks if you have them (we also sell socks in studio!). All equipment is provided — no need to bring anything else.


2. Check in + get settled
Place your shoes and belongings in a cubby and feel free to say hi — we love meeting new faces.


3. Get set up
Choose your spot and we’ll help you grab any equipment you need before class starts.


4. During class
We’ll guide you through every movement with clear cues and alignment options. Modifications are always offered, and breaks are encouraged. This is your workout.


You don’t need to be flexible, coordinated, or “in shape” to start — just show up as you are. Every single one of us was a beginner once.


After Class


You did it! Take a moment to celebrate showing up for yourself.

Here’s what happens next:


1. Equipment cleanup
We’ll pass out wipes and ask you to wipe down your equipment. If you’re short on time, no worries — we’ve got you.


2. Wrap-up
Return equipment to its place (we’ll show you where), grab some water, and feel free to ask questions.


3. What’s next
We’ll cheer you on for completing your first class and help you choose the best classes or membership for your goals.
